The green leaves act as a soft fence that thus makes each cabin feel like they are far away from the rest of the world, yet at the same time, there is a feeling of community for those that like to meet and greet fellow travelers. We, as new proprietors, are committed to upgrading the estate, while keeping the original charm intact. Our energy is spent on achieving a neat and clear area with less noise and hassle from the local creatures. Among the attractions of this property is a walking trail loop that can be found at the very end of the grounds. This beautiful path goes around the forest and it leads to a bench that is located on top of a slight incline where one can rest and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Many guests and their pets have come to love the trail, hence some dogs award it a “five-paw” rating in terms of scenic beauty and mild exercise.
Those who may want to relax close to the cabin can use a different deck that is equipped with comfortable chairs and a gas fire pit to offer them a convenient place to rest. To keep such things in check, we undertake numerous measures like regular spraying, setting traps, and doing more thorough inspections before check-in. Meet Radar and the Neighbor Dogs
Not long ago, our family has taken in Radar, a lovely whippet mix that we found at a shelter in July 2025. He is still getting used to his new environment thus we keep him on a leash whenever outside. Considering the guests with their pets, we are careful enough to take the necessary steps for the comfort of all. Neighboring dogs are also friendly and you may see them at certain times: they are big, light brown Great Pyrenees mixes, and they sometimes come walking near the trail. They are calm giants and even if they may bark when you say “shoo” or “go home” gently, they will go away. In case you are not comfortable, please feel free to contact us and we will make sure that they go back to their place.
